BCAMCNC At AWFS 2025 – Meet US In Las Vegas, USA

The Las Vegas International Woodworking Machinery and Furniture Accessories Show (AWFS) is one of the largest and most influential professional exhibitions in the world in the field of woodworking machinery, furniture production equipment and furniture accessories. The exhibition will open on July 22, 2025 and will last until July 25, 2025. BCAMCNC’s booth is located at No. 2127 in the West Hall. We sincerely invite all woodworking enthusiasts to visit us.

At this exhibition, BCAMCNC has carefully prepared and will focus on displaying three of its most representative products. The first is the 7-function edge banding machine model 506P, which embodies many advanced technologies. It can automatically adjust the edge banding parameters according to the thickness and material of different boards to ensure the close fit and beauty of the edge banding. In the edge banding process, whether it is processing the natural texture edge of solid wood boards or the smooth surface of artificial boards, it can achieve extremely high precision standards. At the same time, its efficient operation mode greatly shortens the time of edge banding operations and improves production efficiency, which is expected to bring significant cost-effectiveness improvements to furniture manufacturers and others.

In addition, the classic products of C and D series CNC Router will also be exhibited together. The common feature of these two CNC routers is simple operation. The C series CNC router is famous for its excellent engraving accuracy. It uses a high-precision spindle motor and an advanced control system to accurately reproduce the design pattern on the wood. Whether it is a complex floral pattern, a traditional Chinese totem, or a geometric figure with a modern artistic sense, it can present an amazing effect.

The D series CNC Router is known for its flexibility and versatility. It has a rich tool library and can quickly switch tools according to different engraving needs. In addition, its adjustable working platform can adapt to wood processing of various shapes and sizes. Whether it is engraving large solid wood furniture parts or fine carving of small handicrafts, the D series engraving machine can easily handle it.

BCAMCNC hopes to further expand the international market, strengthen cooperation with global partners and jointly promote the development of the woodworking machinery industry through this exhibition. Customers, partners and friends who are interested in woodworking machinery can go to booth 2127 in the West Hall during the exhibition to experience the unique charm and excellent quality of BCAMCNC and witness the innovation and progress of the woodworking machinery industry.

Applications of 5-Axis CNC Routers in Wind Turbine Blade Manufacturing

5-axis CNC routers are increasingly used in wind turbine blade manufacturing, particularly for edge trimming, root drilling, and mold production. Rather than replacing traditional processes, their value lies in improving accuracy, reducing manual intervention, and enabling consistent machining of complex composite geometries. This article outlines where 5-axis systems provide measurable benefits—and where careful process integration remains essential.

5-Axis vs. 3-Axis CNC Routers: When Does the Investment Actually Pay Off?

Most manufacturers don’t lose money because of the machine they buy—but because they choose the wrong one for their production reality. This guide breaks down the real differences between 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers, not just in terms of movement, but in labor cost, setup time, tool performance, and error rates. If your workflow involves repeated setups, long tools, or complex geometries, the cost of staying with 3-axis may already exceed the investment in 5-axis.

Large-Scale Marine Mold Machining with 5-Axis CNC Routers

Large-scale marine mold machining requires more than size—it demands accuracy, stability, and process control. A Greek shipyard reduced mold production from weeks to days by adopting a DL Series 5-axis CNC router from BCAM CNC, achieving consistent surface quality, reliable 24/7 operation, and reduced manual finishing.
