This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipping and delivery of CNC machines and/or parts manufactured and sold by BCAMCNC, a professional CNC machinery manufacturer. We are committed to ensuring a reliable, safe, and efficient shipping process for our customers worldwide.

Our products include CNC routers, edge banding machine, wood lathelaser cutters, laser engravers, laser welders, and related spare parts and accessories.

1.Order Processing and Fulfillment

Order Processing Time

Upon receiving order confirmation, our team will begin processing your order. Standard processing time is up to 24 hours, depending on product availability and stock status.

Customization and Special Orders

Customized or specially manufactured machines may require additional production time. In such cases, our team will provide you with an estimated completion and shipping date, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.

2.Shipping Methods and Carriers

BCAMCNC ships CNC machines and/or parts worldwide by sea, air, or international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

•Sea freight is generally used for large, heavy CNC machines.

•Air freight is used for smaller machines or urgent deliveries.

•International express is used for spare parts and accessories.

When the CNC machine arrives at your destination port, you may collect it using the bill of lading provided by us. Door-to-door service can also be arranged through our cargo agents if required.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.

3.Shipping Rates

•Shipping costs are subject to adjustment if the actual shipping rate is higher than initially estimated (for example, due to dimensional weight).

•Global shipping rates may fluctuate due to external factors such as international logistics challenges or pandemic-related restrictions.

•Please contact our sales manager with your machine/parts order and detailed shipping address to confirm updated shipping rates before placing an order.

4.Shipment Tracking and Notifications

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number by email. This can be used to monitor delivery progress on the carrier’s website.

Notifications

Customers will also receive email updates regarding:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipment dispatch
  • Estimated delivery time

In case of unexpected delays, our support team will notify you promptly.

5.Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on shipping method and destination:

•Air freight: 1–7 days

•Sea freight: 7 days or more (depending on port and route)

•International express: minimum 1 day

Please note that customs clearance and other unforeseen factors may affect delivery times. BCAMCNC cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control but will assist customers in resolving delivery issues.

6.Shipping Address and Receiving the Shipment

Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery failures or delays. BCAMCNC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

Receiving the Shipment

•An authorized recipient must be present at the shipping address to inspect and sign for delivery.

•Before signing, please check the package for visible damage or tampering.

•If damage or discrepancies are found, note them on the delivery receipt and notify the delivery personnel immediately.

•Report any issues to our service team within 24 hours. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect claims and resolution.

Package Redirection or Rerouting

If you need to reroute a shipment after dispatch, please contact us immediately. Additional charges may apply, and delivery times may be affected.
