Our company purchased several machines from BCAM CNC, including a laser cutting machine, a bending machine, and a laser welding system.
We use laser cutting exclusively for manufacturing parts for our own production and do not provide services to external customers. This has allowed us to stop using third-party companies for laser cutting and bending, making our production process more efficient and independent.
The implementation of the new equipment slightly changed our production processes — it is not only about work going according to plan, but also about solving technical issues as they arise. Thanks to fast and responsive communication with technical support, all technical questions were resolved promptly.
It is also worth noting that before purchasing this equipment, we had no prior experience working with such machines. Nevertheless, the equipment proved to be easy to learn and provides opportunities to develop new directions for our company.

After checking multiple brands and visiting several workshops, we decided on this fiber laser cutting machine. Other machines either lacked precision or were hard to operate. This one impressed us with smooth operation, stable performance, and excellent material compatibility. Switching between different sheet metals is quick and easy. Choosing it was definitely the right decision for our metal fabrication business.
I wanted a CNC router for woodworking, as well as a drag knife for cutting foam, cardboard, rubber, and some sealing materials, so I ordered the BCM2030C and so I did not have to purchase two machines. So far everything is running as expected. The only issue was the controller switching, so I reached out to BCAMCNC tech support and they were responsive and did an excellent job of diagnosing and debugging the software in a timely fashion.

We’ve been running the BCAMCNC edge bander in our mid-sized cabinet shop for about 5 months now. It’s not perfect – we had to tweak the glue temperature settings for thicker ABS edges – but once dialed in, it’s been solid. The automatic corner trimming works about 90% of the time (still needs occasional manual touch-ups on tricky curved pieces).
