We’ve been running the BCAMCNC edge bander in our mid-sized cabinet shop for about 5 months now. It’s not perfect – we had to tweak the glue temperature settings for thicker ABS edges – but once dialed in, it’s been solid. Excellent Custom CNC
I purchased a machine with a custom Z-axis (1200 mm). The shipment arrived in a container, with everything professionally secured and fastened for transport. During the manufacturing process, the company went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. For instance, I requested to have the control console positioned on the right side of the machine, and they accommodated this request perfectly. I would also like to give a big thank you to the service team for their remote assistance – without them, the assembly and initial startup would have taken much longer.
As of now, I am very satisfied. The Syntec system is very user-friendly, and the post-processors for Fusion 360 work flawlessly. The machine is precise, though with this specific Z-axis height, you have to account for some vibrations during aggressive direction changes. It is also important to monitor the table load with very heavy materials, as it tends to flex under significant weight.
One interesting detail is the height adjustment for the dust hood (shroud), which is controlled via a separate remote instead of the main console. Personally, I would have preferred it integrated into the control panel, but the remote does the job. A solid 5 stars for the service and overall build quality.
